  2. From April 1 through September 30, dogs are only allowed on the beach before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m.
  3. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on the beach, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
  4. Dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk at any time.
  5. There is a designated dog park in Old Orchard Beach where dogs are allowed to run and play off-leash. The dog park is located on Smithwheel Road, just off of Route 1.
